A great example for a community-focused site (and it’s promotion)

Behind every user group are passionate individuals who want to give back to their community. They spend tons of their spare time and take financial risks to make those events happen.
I hardly noticed. Yesterday I had my “6-months anniversary” with Salesforce.com. Why I hardly noticed? Because time flies by. In this company. In this job.
When starting with learning a technology one always asks him-/herself: “Where to start?” Since I joined Salesforce in May I received lots of those requests/questions.

With the change from the 3rd party hosted community site (formerly ran under socialbizu.org, now down) to an IBM hosted site it’s time for the first Community Meeting.
This is a post that I wanted to write for a long time. I’ve never really finished my thoughts, but I think it’s now time to get that out of my head.
